Exotic toroidal and superdeformed configurations in light atomic nuclei: Predictions using a mean-field Hamiltonian without parametric correlations

Mean-field calculations in multidimensional deformation spaces are performed and the shape coexistence isomers generated by exotic nuclear configurations toroidal superdeformed ones addressed. We use a phenomenological mean-field Hamiltonian of Woods-Saxon type with its universal parametrization involving eight parameters fixed once for all full periodic table. Original parametric correlations existing this Hamiltonians removed using methods inverse problem theory applied mathematics. Stochastic analysis uncertainties final energy predictions obtained correlation-free is viability tests illustrated discussed. Prediction capacities resulting model related to description properties cross-checked experimental information available, revealing coherence. Presented results encourage verification predicted structures; suggestions identification possibilities formulated
